PowerDMARC Billing Portal - FAQ

How can I update my company's billing or shipping address?

  • Log in to your customer portal.

  • Go to billing. 
  • In my details click view more. 
  • Enter the new address and click Save.

Note: The updated address will appear on all future invoices. 


How do I change the company name on my existing invoice? 


Email us at [accounts-team@powerdmarc.com] with the following information: 

  1. Current company name
  2. New name to be displayed and invoice number 

How can I update my payment method?

  • Log in to your customer portal.
  • Go to Billing.

  • Click on Payment Methods.

  • Select Add New Payment Method and Enter your card/bank details 
  • Set it as default if needed


Where can I view and download my past invoices?

  • Log in to your customer portal.
  • Go to billing.
  • Go to the Invoices tab.

  • Click the invoice number to view or use the download icon to save as PDF.


How can I change the email address for portal access?


Send us a request at [accounts-team@powerdmarc.com] with the following information: 

  • Current email address
  • New email address 
  • Company name for verification
